Amaranth Recipes
Amaranth recipes are really healthy. Amaranth is high in protein, fiber, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, Vitamin A, C and E. It contains 2 times more calcium than milk! And, it's gluten free and easy to digest. When you combine it with other grains, beans or seeds, it makes a complete protein. Technically it's not a grain, so its allergen free for most everyone.
