Healthy Grocery List

healthy foods

Here is a healthy grocery list for you.

This grocery list is a handy guide to stock your pantry and frig with healthy food.

It's fun to add in some local artisan food. There's probably a local business near you with some fantastic healthy food. Here in Texas, I buy tamales made in the traditional way.

If you are new to quality whole foods, you may have sticker shock when you see the prices! But the more you spend on quality food, the less you spend on doctor bills. It's an investment in your health. And it's nurturing to care for yourself, every day, with quality food.

If you like sea vegetables, the best deal is in bulk on the internet. Check out the sea vegies from Gold Mine Natural Foods.
